David Bowie passed away on January 10, 2016 at the age of 69. Bowie was known as a musical pioneer over his career, which spanned over four decades. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1996 and is one of Rolling Stone's "100 Greatest Artists of All Time."
